Delete your Grazer account
You can request deletion of your Grazer account and associated personal information at any time.
Want to stop paying but keep your records?
You do not need to delete your account. Cancel your paid subscription through the billing method shown in Grazer, or contact hello@grazer.au. Your account and farm records can remain available if you return later.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the address used for your Grazer account.
- Use the subject Delete my Grazer account.
- Tell us whether you also want farm workspaces that you own deleted, or whether ownership needs to be transferred first.
Send the request from your account email
This helps us verify that the request comes from the account holder. We may ask for additional confirmation, but we will never ask for your password.
What will be deleted
Once verified, we will delete or de-identify your Grazer account, authentication profile and personal information that is not required for security, legal or legitimate record-keeping purposes.
If you own a farm workspace, deleting it may remove its cloud records and affect collaborators. We will confirm whether the workspace should be deleted or transferred before completing the request. If you are a collaborator, records belonging to the property owner may remain in that owner’s workspace, while your access is removed and personal identifiers are removed where reasonably possible.
Timing and retained copies
We normally complete verified requests within 30 days. Limited information may be retained where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial records or other legal obligations. Protected backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before being overwritten and are not used for ordinary product activity.
Before you delete
- If you may return later, consider cancelling your subscription instead so your account and records can remain.
- Export or save any records you need.
- Transfer ownership of shared workspaces if they must remain available.
- Understand that completed deletion may not be reversible.
